Use the gray slide-controls to adjust the main colour swatch.
The red-green-blue controls are standard computer RGB values 0-255 and you can manually enter decimal or hex values directly below each slide-control. The a & b controls adjust the red/green and yellow/blue levels based on how our eyes are wired into our brain. The Hue control cycles through the rainbow, Light adjusts the lightness/darkness of a colour, and Gray controls the colour-strength/grayness of a colour (saturation). The 'Diverse' control only effects the palette of 12 swatches and adjusts the amount of diversity between the colour swatches.
| As the slide-controls are moved, ColorPhazer determines the nearest Pantone colour swatch (far left) and gives you RGB hex values (used in websites and programming), CYMK values (used in design and print), and 'Visual Strength' which is an overall level of light entering your eye (handy way to determine amount of contrast between any two colours).
You can re-arrange the 12 colour swatches by dragging them or click 'Tidy Up' to return to their home position. Drag any small swatch onto the main colour swatch to replace it's colour, or drag to the holding areas on the far right for storage (this area is unaffected by changes made with the slide-controls). Swatches can also be dragged to the custom colour blending area at the bottom. Select colours from your custom gradations by moving the sliding pointers.
